These terms apply to your use of Minutivo, a service operated by SZB Techs. By signing in, you accept them.

The service

Minutivo reads meeting recordings in the Google Drive folder you choose and creates a transcript and meeting minutes as Google Docs in your Drive. It requires a Google account with Google Drive.

Your responsibilities

• Only add recordings you have the right to process, and make sure everyone recorded has agreed to the recording and its transcription.
• Do not use Minutivo for unlawful content or to infringe anyone’s rights.
• Keep access to your Google account secure.

AI-generated content

Transcripts and minutes are produced by AI. Minutivo is designed to record only what was said and not to invent information, but AI output can contain errors. Review minutes before relying on them for important decisions. You are responsible for how you use them.

Free meetings and paid packs

• Every account includes a number of free meetings, shown on the website.
• Paid packs are one-time purchases arranged with SZB Techs. The meetings in a pack are added to your account and do not expire.
• A meeting is counted only when it is processed successfully. Failed recordings and duplicates of recordings already processed are not counted.
• For questions about a purchase or a refund, contact us.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep Minutivo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Processing depends on third-party services such as Google Drive and AI providers. We may change or discontinue features; we will give reasonable notice of changes that significantly affect paid packs.

Ending your use

You can stop using Minutivo and disconnect Google Drive at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Minutivo is provided “as is”, and SZB Techs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from errors in AI-generated content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Minutivo in the 12 months before the claim.
