Refund policy

This refund policy applies to purchases of meeting credits for Minutivo, operated by SZBTechs.

All purchases are final

We do not offer refunds. Once a purchase is complete, its payment is non-refundable, including for unused or partially used credits, a change of mind, or a decision to stop using Minutivo.

Credits belong to your account

Purchased credits are assigned to the Minutivo account used for the purchase. Credits are not transferable to another person or account, cannot be exchanged for cash, and have no cash value. Credits do not expire.

Using credits

A credit is used only when a meeting is processed successfully. Failed processing and duplicate recordings do not use a credit. Unused credits remain available in the account they were assigned to, but are not refundable or transferable.
