Minutivo is an AI meeting-minutes service by SZB Techs. You choose a Google Drive folder; every meeting recording you add is automatically transcribed and turned into structured minutes (executive summary, key discussion points, decisions, action items with owners and deadlines, and open questions), saved as Google Docs next to your recordings.
Three steps, then it runs on its own for every new recording.
Sign in with Google and pick the folder where your meeting recordings are saved. Minutivo reads only that folder.
Save or upload a meeting recording (MP4, MOV, WebM and other common formats, up to 2 GB) to the folder.
Usually within the hour, a Transcript and Meeting Minutes appear as Google Docs in a “Meeting notes” folder inside it.
Minutivo is built for accuracy first: minutes you can send without rewriting them.
Choose a folder once. Every new recording in it is picked up on its own: no uploads to another site and no bot joining your calls.
A timestamped transcript with each line attributed to its speaker, using the names shown on screen when they are visible.
Executive summary, key discussion points, decisions made, action items and open questions, in one consistent, professional format.
Owners and deadlines are recorded only when someone actually committed to them; otherwise they are clearly marked “Not specified”.
Minutes come only from what was said. Suggestions are not recorded as decisions, and anything uncertain stays visibly uncertain.
Transcripts keep the language that was spoken. Minutes are written in the meeting’s main language, including mixed-language meetings.
The minutes and the transcript are saved as Google Docs in a “Meeting notes” folder, ready to share, edit and search.
An exact copy of a recording that was already processed is recognised and never processed or charged again.
Get a browser notification when minutes are ready or a meeting needs attention, and follow every meeting’s status in one place.
Decisions and next steps for everyone, including the people who missed the call.
A reliable record of what was agreed, who owns each follow-up, and what is still open.
A searchable, timestamped transcript alongside a concise summary of the key points.
Formal minutes with decisions and action items in a consistent structure.
Start with 3 free meetings. When you need more, buy a pack once. No subscription, and unused meetings never expire.

Yes, to start. Every account gets 3 meetings free, with every feature and no credit card. After that, you can buy a one-time pack: Starter (10 meetings for $9) or Pro (50 meetings for $29).
Plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Contact SZB Techs to buy a pack; the meetings are added to your account and never expire. A meeting is only counted when it is processed successfully.
Video recordings in MP4, MOV, MPEG, AVI, FLV, WebM, WMV or 3GP format, up to 2 GB. It is designed for meetings of up to about an hour; split longer recordings into parts.
Minutivo transcribes many languages, including English, Urdu and other widely spoken languages, and keeps the language that was spoken in the transcript. The minutes are written in the meeting’s main language, also for mixed-language meetings.
Minutivo is instructed to use only what was said in the meeting. It does not invent names, decisions, owners or deadlines: when no owner or deadline was stated, the minutes say “Not specified”, and sections with nothing to report say so. As with any AI tool, review important minutes before sharing them.
Read access, so it can read new recordings in the folder you choose, and permission to create the Google Docs it writes. You choose the folder right after signing in, Minutivo only ever reads that folder, and it never changes or deletes your files.
Minutivo does not train any AI models. Recordings are transcribed with Google Gemini; on Gemini’s free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products. The minutes may be written by Gemini or another AI provider under that provider’s API terms. Details are in the privacy policy.
No. If you add an exact copy of a recording that was already processed, even under another name, Minutivo recognises it and links you to the existing minutes without using a meeting.
Yes, at any time. Disconnect Google Drive from your account page, or remove Minutivo in your Google account’s security settings. Your meeting history and the Docs already created are kept.
